用途及特点
　　本机床为纵（Z ）、横（X ）、斜（C ）三轴控制的数控卧式车床，专门用于活塞环外圆表面的精加工。机床采用最新的CKA6150 为机型水平床身，床鞍导轨和下滑板导轨都采取了“贴塑”，大大提高导轨精度并延长使用寿命。刀架纵向、横向、斜向移动均由交流伺服电机传递给滚珠丝杠，带动床鞍刀架作纵、横、斜三向运动，直接代替了双坐标用插补加工外锥面方法，大大减小了角度误差，提高了表面光洁度。方刀架上安装了专用刀具，可实现多把刀分组加工，提高了生产效率。
